Rosalind Franklin Institute and VisionLab

The EPSRC have launched a new £10 million research centre, the Rosalind Franklin Institute, creating a national centre of excellence in technology development and innovation.  Vision lab, led by CMIH investigator Sarah Bohndiek, will participate in the new centre, contributing to the ‘Light and Sound’ theme.  The RFI will be composed of a central hub at Harwell, along with links to partner sites at the universities of Cambridge (including the VisionLab), Edinburgh, Manchester and Oxford, Imperial College, King’s College London, and University College London. There will also be a number of industry partners involved.
